"Scratch & Win" offer (herein after referred to as "offer")by Liberty Shoes Limited (herein after referred to as Liberty) in association with its dealers is valid in limited number of cities till stocks last. Customer is entitled to this offer on select Liberty products from participating authorized Liberty Stores or Liberty dealers. The details of the offer are as follows: On purchase of any Liberty Product worth Rs. 500/- or more the customer would be entitled to a "Liberty Scratch & Win" card. The customer would be entitled to a card for every Rs. 500/ worth of purchase. The scratch card is valid from July 08, 2009 to August 31, 2009. This card needs to be scratched at the designated area by the customer in the presence of the Liberty dealer or its authorized representative at the Dealer's premises which could entitle the customer to the following: 1. Nano Car 2. Plasma TV 3. Camera 4. Cell Phone 5. A Womens hand Bag 6. A Womens Clutch 7. A pair of Slippers 8. A pair of Socks 9. A Belt 10. A Wallet 11. A Shoe Polish 12. A Shoe Horn. On winning a free gift/prize the customer would be required to fill part of the Offer card. The following Gifts can be redeemed on the spot- Women Clutch, Beach Slippers, Socks, Belts, Wallets, Shoe Polish & Shoe Horn. If due to any circumstances, the mentioned gift is not available with the dealer, he will give a stamped slip along with invoice no. and prize won, to the customer. He is then, required to inform the customer to avail the same when the mentioned gift is available at the shop floor. For gifts such as Plasma TV, Camera, Cell Phone, Women's Hand Bag, Liberty & its dealers will make their best effort to deliver the free gift within a reasonable time to the customer as per the claim form submitted to the company. Delivery of Nano car is subject to availability from Tata Motors and incase of delay Rs. 1 Lac will be given by the company as compensation for the same. Liberty will however be not liable for delay in delivery of any other free gift due to non availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control. Incase of any abuse or tampering of the card Liberty reserves the absolute right to unconditionally reject the benefits, at its sole discretion to such customers as the case may be. Liberty reserves the right to substitute the gifts under this offer with gifts of equal value at its sole discretion. Liberty at its own discretion may extend the period of offer. Offer shall be void if prohibited by law. This offer cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or offer from Liberty. The gift is not exchangeable for any other product or item, is non transferrable and cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances. The decision of Liberty in terms of colour/model of the free gift shall be final and no dispute shall be entertained in this regard. Offer is open to Indian residents only. All Government Taxes/Local Levies/ Registration Charges/Insurance Charges etc if any, with regard to ownership of gift, would be borne and paid by the winner. Liberty would not be in any case responsible for the warranty or service of the products which are not manufactured by it. The liability of such products would be of the manufacturer of the product.
